Products: There are currently two Maintrack product packages for you to choose from

 
MaintrackS (Maintrack Standard):

 
This is the full Maintrack system for tracking all your maintenance needs. Once you have signed up for Maintrack you will be issued with password access to your own Maintrack system through this site. The full Maintrack functionality will be yours including online diary stystem, work order tracking, reports and all the items mentioned under the features section.

 
MaintrackSE (Maintrack Site Enhanced):

 
This incorporates an outward facing web site as well as the full Maintrack system. This will provide you with a full professional quality web site to proclaim news and issues to tenants or contractors (for instance) and a password accessed area within it for the maintenance members to use the Maintrack system. It also creates a full "identity" for your co-operative and a place where it can be reached by all interested parties, at any time. It will provide you with an e-mail address specifically set up for co-operative business. This could be 'yourco-op@maintrack.ca' or what ever address is settled upon.

Building maintenance

The enhanced web site product also contains content managed elements. This means that the text it contains is available for you to update, alter, or change at any time of your choosing, in real time, and with no technical expertise at all. Wonderful for immediate communication and announcements.

This way communication with members becomes a snap, with everything from maintenance update warnings, to advice over snow clearance, tree pruning, or details of the annual barbeque. The information would all be in one place for easy access, 24/7.

It also provides your co-operative with the perfect place for the display of current rules, terms and conditions, and application procedures for members and for contractors. And remember that when things change an update only has to be made once, in a single place.

You might also like to consider having forms commonly used by members available on-line for them to print (at home) and use. This means that there are never any outdated stocks of pre-printed forms in storage for things like maintenance requests.

You might also want to consider the use of on-line maintenance requests, where members can fill in and submit and on-line form which comes in directly as an e-mail to the administrator. All of this and more can be made available to you as a Maintrack Site Enhanced user.

 
Pricing:

 
Maintrack standard: One time sign up and set up cost of CAN$350.00 plus CAN$65.00 per month*

Maintrack Site enhanced: One time set up of Maintrack and new web site development cost (maximum of five pages, all content managed - see above) CAN$750.00 plus $85.00 per month*
Note: Additional content managed pages may be added at the cost of CAN$110 each.

Additional work: As we built Maintrack from the ground up, we can customize it in any way you like, or add additional reports - whatever you like. Such work would be subject to a separate quotation, upon request.

*Minimum period 12 months, payable in advance.
